Development and Discipline

Matron feels she must have a talk with her husband Mr. Baxter about their girls' behavior and his role in helping her raise them. She has been handling all of the discipline lately, and they have been misbehaving frequently, giving attitude and not listening to her. She asks Mr. Baxter to step up and handle the situation, and he agrees that sterner measures seem to be required. The girls are called in and given a talking to before their father makes each lift her skirt and lower her panties for a punishment with the leather strap. After they have been punished, Matron also takes a turn, ensuring that they will be more respectful toward her in the future.
